Orders

How do I track my order?

Tracking the status of your order is easy. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the real-time status and location of your package.

Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience seamless. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards.

Shipping

What are the shipping costs of an order?

The delivery costs are €9.99, free shipping for orders over €100.

What is the delivery time of my order?

Your order is typically delivered within 24 hours. However, due to high volume in our
warehouse and with delivery services, the delivery time may be slightly
extended.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, or part of it, it must meet the following conditions. The item(s) must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Have been purchased through our webshop.
  • Be unused.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please fill out our contact form with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Email address used to place the order.
  • Reason for return.
  • Which items you want to return including quantity and respective item
    reference code.

Our customer service team will then send you a return label to your email address. Once we receive your return, we will process it and initiate the refund process. This may take up to 15 business days, depending on your payment method.

If we made an error in preparing your order, we will of course cover the shipping costs and provide you with a refund for those as well.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

Ceramic non-stick pans come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects and under normal household use; normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

All items in the stainless steel cookware series come with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects and under normal household use.



What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty is only valid for household use and in accordance with the maintenance and usage instructions. Defects caused by negligence, improper, and/or professional use are not considered manufacturing or material faults. The same applies to the consequences of normal wear and tear (such as discoloration and scratches).

Gift Cards

How can I redeem my gift card?

Redeeming a gift card is a straightforward process.
During the checkout process, there will be an option to enter your gift card code. Simply input the unique code found on your gift card, and the corresponding value will be applied to your total purchase.
